 How to add a blogger blog and blogger  site (Blogspot plan) at Bing Webmaster Tools. Step by step instructions for blogSpot Bloggers who want to improve the optimization of the search engines of their blog.


Although Bing gets a search engine traffic fraction based on Google and Yahoo, it's always interesting to submit your blogger Sitemap (Blogspot Map) and Blog to Bing. The benefits of adding your blog to Bing are that you will learn more about how your site is crawled and keyword visitors use to access your blog pages.


How to Add a Blogger Blog (Blogspot Blog) in Bing Webmaster Tools

1. Create an account or sign to Bing at MSN. If you have a hotmail account, you will have access to Bing Webmaster Tools


2. Navigate to the Bing Webmasters Tools page


The installation of the skylight is purely optional. Silverlight is the competitive product of Microsoft for Adobe Flash. Try it if you wish, because it adds additional features, but for the purpose of this blogger tutorial, it is not necessary.


3. On the Bing Webmaster home page, click Add Site


4. Fill in the URL of your Blogger blog


5. Click Submit


Your blog will now appear in the list of sites added under your webmaster bing account


6. Click the Check the site link to the right of your blog.


7. Choose option 2 - Add a Meta tag to your default web page


8. Log in to your Blogger account if you are not already logged in with a different browser window.


9. In the dashboard, go to the design> Edit HTML


Paste the code below from the <head> tag and before <b: skin> and as soon as possible


For the new generation of default bloggers, I suggest placing the code just below these two lines:

<Meta content = 'ie = emulatie7' http-equiv = 'x-ua-compatible' />



For previous generations of default blog templates and custom templates, I suggest you place the Meta Webmaster Bing tag after these lines:

<B: Include data = 'blog' name = 'all head-content' />


Click Backup Template


10.Return to Bing Webmaster and click the Verify button


In case of success, your blogger blog will be added to the list of sites. Information about your blog will not be available because it takes at least 48 hours to activate.


How to Add Sitemap Blogger (Blogspot Plan) to Bing Webmaster

1.Log in to Bing Webmaster if it is not already logged in

2.Click on your blog Blogger in the list of sites

3.Click the CRAWL tab in the top menu

4.Click Sitemaps in the left menu


An Add SiteMap dialog box will appear. Enter the following URL of the default message stream of your blogger blog. for example:


http://dailybloggingingtips.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=RSSSS


http://dailybloggingtips.blogspot.com/sitemap.xml


Replace the dailyBloggingTips with the name of your blog



5. Click the Submit button


If you have correctly entered the details of your site site map, you will now receive an additional Sitemap success screen.
